Lake Travis Paradise is a private waterfront house located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) where the Colorado & Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. The house has just been totally remodeled inside and outside and has all new furniture, beds, linens, & towels and sits in a quiet area on 1 acre of beautiful land with a gentle walk down to the water and the Covered Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The main house has 3 BR and 2 full BA and there is a separate guest house that has the 4th bedroom and a full bathroom. Will sleep up to 12 comfortably. There are outstanding lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and 2 of the bedrooms. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags.
