Welcome to Lake Travis Paradise

Lake Travis Paradise is a Private Waterfront House located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) where the Colorado & Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. The house has just been totally remodeled inside and outside and has all new furniture, beds, linens, & towels and sits in a quiet area on 1 acre of beautiful land with a gentle walk down to the water and the Covered Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The Main House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms. For your extra guests or kids -- there is a separate Guest House (available for additional nightly rate) that has the 4th bedroom and a full bathroom. Will sleep up to 14 comfortably -- 10 in the main house and 4 in the guest house. There are outstanding lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and 2 of the bedrooms.
