2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends)

6% State Room Tax will be added to below rates.

Rates INCLUDE Basic Cleaning Fee, Linens, Towels, Paper Towels Toilet Paper, Dish Detergent & Trash Bags.

Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

High Season (March 1st till September 30th)

$450.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)

$500.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)

$3,000.00 Per Week ( 7 Nights)

Low Season (October 1st thru February 28th)

$300.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)

$350.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)

$1,900.00 Per Week (7 Nights)

 

INTERNET ACCESS: We have High Speed Internet Cards available for guests
use at the cost of $10.00 Per Day.  (Laptop/Computer NOT Included).
